Overview

Think of this as an evening out, not a boat ride. The felucca is yours from an hour before sunset until well after it, and the crew set a low table among the deck cushions: baba ghanoush, hummus, warm baladi bread, vine leaves, taameya, grilled halloumi and fruit to finish. Tea keeps coming, and nobody is watching the time.

A musician sails with you and plays classical oud softly as the light fades. By the time the boat turns for home the bridges are lit and so is the tower. Couples often book it for a proposal or an anniversary.

The table is laid before you arrive, so you step straight onto a boat that is ready. The captain will stay in the calm stretch above the island for as long as you like.
