About this boat
An all-suite boat, which is the single biggest upgrade available on the Nile. Every one of the 33 suites is at least 36 square metres with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window that opens, a separate sitting area and a proper bathroom with a tub.
Because the passenger count is roughly half that of a standard cruiser, the shore excursions move faster, the restaurant is à la carte rather than buffet, and there is genuinely enough sun-deck space. This is the boat we book for honeymoons and for anyone travelling with elderly parents.

Early crossing for the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's temple and the Colossi of Memnon. Back on board for lunch as the boat sails south through the Esna lock.

Horse carriage to the Temple of Horus at Edfu, then sailing on to Kom Ombo for the double temple of Sobek and Haroeris at golden hour. Galabeya party after dinner.

Child policy: Children under 2 travel free. Children 2–5 pay 25% of the adult rate sharing their parents' cabin. Children 6–11 pay 50% sharing, or 75% in their own cabin. From 12 the adult rate applies.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Abu Simbel included?
- No — Abu Simbel is an optional excursion from Aswan, by road (3 hours each way) or by air. We add it to any cruise booking for $125 per person by road or $425 by air.
- What is the dress code on board?
- Relaxed by day. Dinner is smart casual — no shorts in the restaurant. One evening is a galabeya party and the boat provides the costumes if you do not bring your own.
- Is there Wi-Fi?
- Yes, on all our deluxe and luxury boats, though it drops out between Esna and Edfu where coverage is thin. Egyptian SIM cards work well and we can arrange one on arrival.
- Do the boats sail at night?
- Mostly they sail by day and moor at night, which is the point — you watch the riverbank go past from the sun deck. The Esna lock transit is usually the exception.
